Whatever the reason, let us come to you! We perform most repairs onsite, everything from malware removal and memory upgrades to installing wireless networks to set up home media servers. Our technicians come armed with field laptops for diagnostic testing, along with a stock of common replacement parts. All you need to do is let us in. We’ll handle it from there. In the case of certain time-intensive repairs—such as data recovery—we may ask to take the computer back to our repair lab. This reduces your costs and turnaround time, and we even deliver it to you when we’re finished. Again, all you need to do is open the door.
